Refunds

Returns Policy

We want you to love your fragrance, but if you don’t, no problem.

Simply email us at samuels@yoursscents.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll issue a refund for the product price (minus shipping). You don’t need to return the item you can keep it.

Refunds
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days once approved. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the transfer. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at samuels@yoursscents.com.
